Weekly Devlog 6: Design
1. The main objective of last week was to evaluate the scope of the game and determine if we needed to cut out some content due to time constraints.
2. In this area, we agreed to cut some content away from the game for the sake of the time constraints given.
3. The team's goals for next week are to recognize what's possible and try to fit into the schedule we have left or do our best to put in what's left.
4. What I've accomplished in the past week in regard to design is simply figuring out how small of our scope our game needs to be, which we've concluded at best to just be in one area. We'll do our best to make it in the time we have.
5. What we'll accomplish hopefully is a more solid build of our game filled with the necessary mechanics at a smaller scope than originally intended. Even if it may not be its original product we designed, it's still a success to get something up and running.
6. What I'll need to learn is simply what's left to help assist in this project and put the time and effort necessary into the field.
