Weekly Devlog 1:Code
1. Team Goal for the past week is to flesh out the ideas on mechanics and features that can be implemented for our game.
2. Goals that were accomplished were taking the feedback and organizing it for both single-player and multiplayer.
3. Implement the mechanics and features from the spreadsheet into the build of the game.
4. I have worked on the 2nd version of the miro whiteboard along with creating the first build of the game. Creating multiple scripts and making the first-level layout.
5. Scripts I made were for camera control, collision, hitbox, interaction, and save state. I must work on the UI for the game, implement attack animations, create a script to enable a second player, shop and upgrades, and menus.
6. I will have to continue to watch tutorial videos on how to construct the scenes and scripts.
7. Right now, I am the only one who did the playtesting. I will ask my classmates on playtesting this build.
